FIIN - FESTIVAL INTERNACIONAL DE IMAGEM DE NATUREZA
In the photo contest held within the scope of this event, one of my photographs was selected to be part of the catalogue. This is the fourth edition of a catalog produced by the Environmental Services of the Municipality of Vila Real, whose purpose is to enhance biodiversity in the Trás-os-Montes territory.

2016 IAMCR Conference
From July 27 to 31, 2016, a paper was presented at the University of Leicester (United Kingdom) at the event "International Association for Media and Communication Research" (IAMCR).
The communication in question is authored by me, by Professor Paulo Frias da Costa and by Professor Helena Dias Laura de Lima and has the following title: "The crowdsourcing features in P3 project. From an initial experience towards a steady collaborative digital community '".

XX Encontro Internacional de Reflexão e Investigação
On April 13, 2016, I participated as a speaker in the twentieth edition of the International Meeting of Reflection and Research that took place at the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro for two days.
The event focused on several research topics related to the following areas: Language Sciences, Literary Studies, Cultural Sciences, Communication Sciences and Arts.
The theme of my talk was based on my master's thesis entitled: "Crowdsourcing applied to Journalism: the case of P3".
IJUP: Encontro de Investigação Jovem da Universidade do Porto
On February 17, 2016, I participated as a speaker in the ninth edition of the Youth Research Meeting of the University of Porto that took place at Palácio das Artes (in Porto) for three days.
The event focused on several research topics related to the various areas addressed by the faculties belonging to the University of Porto
The topic of my talk was given in English and was based on my master's thesis. Its title in English was "Crowdsourcing applied to journalism: the case of P3".

From November 7th to March 4th, 2013 I was one of the members of UTAD Solutions Consulting that was involved in the project of planning the ATIVO'2013 event. During that time I was in charge of:
-Help prepare the event briefing;
-Contact Local Media;
-Internal communication within UTAD (justification of students' absences and event publicity by UTAD's communication bodies)
ATIVO'2013 took place on March 4, 2013 at the Aula Magna of the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro. In the Gallery above are the speakers who participated in the event.
